A sleeping wedge is a specialized device that fits in a baby's crib, either on top of or beneath the mattress. The baby is still on his or her back, however, with the wedge, they are gently elevated so their head and torso are higher than their stomach. What makes the DaffaDoot Reflux Wedge Pillow special: Many are packaged as a tightly rolled cylinder (about the size of a roll of paper towels) which can compress the foam and create a lumpy uneven surface.
